All Mirabella sales are final. All makeup is inspected at time of checkout to ensure it is not broken or damaged. If pumps are damaged or do not work, they must be returned within 14 days (or next working day) for an even exchange.
All custom Santa Barbara conditioner sales are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Hair care items that are purchased at regular price are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of purchase, or next working day if day 14 falls outside of our hours. Blue Fox reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges if bottles are missing more product than should be missing in a 14 day time frame based on average use.
HAIR CARE ITEMS PURCHASED AT A PROMOTIONAL PRICE:
Hair care items that are purchased at a promotional price, and are within their 14 day window of return or exchange are done in the following way:
RETURNS: The item being returned must be within the 14 day window. If promotional price was issued, all hair care items on original receipt will be returned at the promotional price, and then "re-purchased" at the regular full price, as conditions of the sale are no longer met. (ie buy 3 get 1 free) Any difference in price will be reissued in the way we received it. Only the item being returned needs to be present.
EXCHANGES: The item being exchanged must be of equal value. If it is not, all items will be "returned" and "re-rung" to give a new and accurate total reflecting the promotional pricing at time of purchase. Any monies owed to Blue Fox Salon will then be collected, or any monies owed to the guest will be issued.
